Arrived of the North West coast of Dominica and were greated by some really big dolfhins playing off the bow.

Set anchor in Portsmouth and were soon greated by Alexisis who is part of the local boating security and also a tour director and taxi driver.
We hired him for a day to show us the Northern half of the island.

Rugged beauty of Dominica.

Drove through the Caribe reservation.
These are the last decendants of the real Caribe tribe.
Stopped to buy some avacados, pineapple, bananas, guavo, etc.

Back at the boat.
We found we were anchored over some patch coral. Not in it. The anchor and chane were in sand.
The water was so clear you didn't even have to dive it.
